Many years ago, I read a book that talked about the power of being a lifegiver. The author shared that you know when you’ve been around a lifegiver because their calm and encouraging presence leaves you feeling seen, invested in, and valued. The most inspiring part of the description was that, while a lifegiver is intentional, their true impact comes from the overflow of their calm, non-anxious spirit within.
Immediately, that’s who I wanted to be. I believe that might resonate with you as well. So, I’m inviting you to join me as we learn how to bring the human connection back into leadership, marriage, parenting, and more. Especially if you are military-connected (military leaders, military spouses, and/or veterans), this is the right place for you.
I have some important updates that I didn’t want you to miss, and considering most of you getting this have been following me for some time, I thought I would jump right in.

This year, I hope to connect with you more in-person (there’s only so long a person can virtually connect over Zoom calls). So while most of my events are private, there are some that are public and I want to make sure you know about them! Here’s a few you should know about that are right around the corner:

Join me for a rich discussion on some of the key shifts happening in the military today at Gaston Brewery & TAPROOM (not the Gaston Brewery Restaurant) in Fayetteville, NC. This in-person opportunity will let us connect and engage around relevant topics with your military community. Military Culture Shift
I’ll be honest. I could not have launched my newest book, Military Culture Shift without you. If you haven’t picked it up, I hope you will. But the biggest update is that the supplemental podcast, by the same name, launches February 15th (next week)!
